Bags of love…

Oh yay! The gorgeous new bags that we’ve been banging on about for ages on Facebook are finally arriving tomorrow. They are just lovely. I’m a teensy bit cranky that they didn’t arrive in time for Mother’s day, but here’s hoping you’ll find another jolly good reason to treat yourself (or some other handbag crazed woman in your life.) They are beautifully made and boast elegant yet totally practical design. Suitable for any busy gal about town. Love a new handbag.. check out the pics below.

Prague (small). Caramel leather
Prague (large) Chocolate leather
Prague (Large) Jute/ leather

For me, I’ll be having one of the large Jute Prague bags – absolutely perfect for everyday use instead of a boring old computer bag. You can slide your lappy in quite comfortably (it measures 38 x 34 x 6). The lovely smaller leather ones would be a fab handbag for people on the move – just got one for my Mum who is about to hit Europe for some holiday time. That one measures 34 x 30cm so would be perfect for wallet/ phone/ passport/ lippy… and maybe an iPad? What more would you need?

Now, what about a weekender? I hear you cry. Well, check out the lovely Richmond. The perfect size for a two night stopover, this is the best overnight bag on the market and available in 3 fab colours. Have a looksie…

Richmond in red with brown leather

ooooh what's inside?

Just LOOOOOOVE them all. I’m sure you will too, the overnighter would also make an excellent plane bag – it would most certainly meet the cabin size requirements yet allow plenty of space for books, gorgeous beauty products, hairbrush, pashmina… yeah right! That’s not my bag. OK so it would also allow plenty of space for lego toys, Nintendo DS games, cheese sandwiches, nappies, wipes, spare outfits for when you’re covered in someone else’s nastiness, one sock that doesn’t seem to belong to anybody, Buzz Lightyear and all his friends AND a handy zipper for the emergency Phenergan.

To finish off today, ladies…. read this and weep. Be prepared for wincing, sharp intakes of breath and horrible pangs of guilt. Still, if you can make it to the end it would probably be worth it for the healthy reminder in there. Ouch.

Cheers,

Alix
